Carlos served at Sandals Church for 10 years as the Pastor of Worship and Creative Arts. Today he serves as  Director of Service Programming at Buckhead Church (one of North Point's campuses). Carlos and his wife Heather have 3 children (their son Losiah was adopted from Seoul Korea).
